We will advise and make a suitable recommendation for you after we have fully assessed your needs. We only recommend the best deal available to you.

During the process of arranging your mortgage, we will assess your protection requirements and advise and make a suitable recommendation. We will recommend insurance based on your new mortgage arrangements to make sure you are fully protected in the event of:

  • Death
  • Critical illness (such as cancer, heart attack or stroke)
  • Redundancy.

You are not obliged and will not be pressured in to taking any products we recommend.

Mortgage fees

A fee of £395 will be charged for arranging each mortgage contract. Our fee is chargeable on successful production of your mortgage offer. We will also be paid a procuration fee from the lender.

Insurance fees

We do not charge a fee for our insurance advice. We receive income from the provider if you go ahead with a product we recommend. You will receive a quotation, which will detail any other fees relating to any insurance policy.
